100k Miles Service/Check
Hey guys, I'm due for my 100,000 miles service and wanted to compile a checklist and a service list on what should be done or looked at while I have the car apart. I won't be taking my car to the dealership as I don't want to pay an arm and a leg. I'll be having my local shop (SpeedElement) help me with the work.
If anyone has any recommendations on parts or things to be aware of, please feel free to chime in! Also, I was wondering if anyone has changed from 5W-30 to anything else after 100k or if I should just stick with 5w-30 since everything is still running fine? So far my list a buddy and I came up with is... - Oil change w/ new filter (Obviously ) - Spark Plugs - Injectors (Replace if needed) - Walnut blasting - Valve cover gasket - Coolant system check & fluids (Replace if needed) - Mechatronic Sleeve (Replace if needed) - Transmission fluid - Check brakes & fluid (Replace if needed) - Engine mounts (Replace if needed) - Check boost lines Anything else guys? Please let me know! Thank you! Hopefully this thread can stay clutter free and be helpful for anyone else who is looking to do their 100k+ service!

Twice so far. Haha. It was replaced the second time around ~50k. I'll have to check my service records.

Ha, cool. What about your battery, maybe have them check the voltage? How long does our battery last?

Power steering fluid?
Rear diff fluid? Consider replacing the entire valve cover? Rb pcv? Replace all Vacuum lines, if you haven't yet
