It happens when I open WinKFP. I click OK and it closes.

How have you installed the Daten files? If not happened, install it with BMW Coding Tool. This tool copies alls the files to the proper directories...

YOu need to copy the Gdaten files from the Daten files your using to EC-apps\nfs\data\gdaten folder

Yes it is at least 10gb as I remember. I recommend Bmw coding tool, because it copies everything properly. That's why I have asked how you had installed your files. If installed manually the chances are higher, that something went wrong
First two times, I have tried to install, it was wrong, some files were missing.

I had copied the Daten files but I accidentally clicked on "update WinKFP" also and that's what screwed me. I reloaded WinKFP and only clicked "update Daten" in BMW Tools this time and now I'm all good.
