It happens when I open WinKFP. I click OK and it closes.

Yes it is at least 10gb as I remember. I recommend Bmw coding tool, because it copies everything properly. That's why I have asked how you had installed your files. If installed manually the chances are higher, that something went wrong
First two times, I have tried to install, it was wrong, some files were missing. |

I had copied the Daten files but I accidentally clicked on "update WinKFP" also and that's what screwed me. I reloaded WinKFP and only clicked "update Daten" in BMW Tools this time and now I'm all good.
