Pure turbo N55 on the dyno!

My friend just had a dyno installed at his shop. I swung by today to get a few pulls in to see how my car is doing. Here is a list of mods:

Running E50 fuel
Pure turbo stage 1
JB4 + FF wires
JB4 backend flash
Walbro 255
AA FMIC
VRSF DP
VRSF CP

Running on map 6 at 20psi. Looks like the clutch is slipping. I installed the backend flash right before hitting the dyno and it's pushing the clutch over the limit. I'm thinking about going with the 550i clutch upgrade and see if it will handle the torque. I had my laptop setup and was datalogging, but my friend turned the car off and I lost the logs

I'm going to do some datalogging if the clutch isn't toast and send it in to Terry to see if there is room for improvement over the standard backend flash.

That torque curve looks great. Is it me or your boost is still falling on it's face after 5500rpm? You won't see a dramatic increase in HP but what's important is that you hold boost to redline. What does your butt dyne tell you? I'm still debating whether to purchase this upgrade or wait for a stage 2
Thanks for sharing!

Nice man and did you feel a difference with the backend flash? What exactly does it do?

On the street it's around 15 psi at redline. At 6800 rpm it's making 350whp. That's what most FBO n55's make at peak power. I'm very happy with the stage 1 for the price.

The backend flash was night and day. Boost comes on so much smoother and it is definitely quicker. It enables terry to have more control over AFR and the ability to play with timing.

Very nice! over 400whp is a nice gain from stock. I love that it still makes power to redline now, totally makes it worth it!
