Fair Price for my Car?

Wondering what you all think.

Car is a manual 2006 325xi w/ Sport and cold weather packages. Jet black w/ Black interior. 75k miles. The cars in pretty good condition with the only thing possibly needing replacement is the front bumper (cracked it when parking like an idiot). Only noteworthy mods are KW V1s and Apex ARC-8s.

I was thinking about $9,500 would be a fair price for the car. Yes, no?
