Recommended Service DIYs for noobs.

Just hoping we could get some info going on some recommended DIY jobs and locations to get cheaper parts.

Also, perhaps we could start a buddy system between noobs and experts for troubleshooting and Perhaps help with overall car maintenance.

Just throwing it out there as an idea.

Hey mate
I've started a maintenance thread. Not much on there just yet but the list will grow substantially of maintenance ive carried out

Main thing is changing yr fluids from engine oil to brake fluid and everything in-between which i think are all diy-able

Then there are things like walnut blasting which again is good to get done. I'll be booking in with A1 in stevenage to get this done.

Hey thanks for your reply. Could post a link to your thread so I can take a look. I'm off work in 2 weeks and planning on doing some work on my car.

Haven't tried this before but I think it's become quite necessary.

Yeah I'm aware of the videos on YouTube but I was looking to collate the info. If for instance, I decided to do a filter change, there might be something else in that area that might be worth either cleaning out or replacing. YouTube videos just specify on one particular job and it takes lengthy time going through all that.
