Datalogging using Cobb AP for an N55 w/JB4

I have an N55 with Pure Turbos stage 1 and JB4. I purchased a tune from Pro Tuning Freaks and they want me to log using a Cobb AP (which I have). Are there any issues with logging using Cobb AP when the engine has a JB4?

You should just remove it just in case though..don't want to cause conflicts between both programmers.

What do you gain by running both JB4 and custom Cobb tune?

OK, thanks. Sounds like there would be no benefit to running both tunes with a 6AT on pump gas then.

Cobb can control certain parameters that the JB4 cannot. Terry offers a free Cobb tune if you are running JB4 and PT S1. Navigate over to the N54Tuning forums for more info.

Even without PT S1, quite a few people run both JB4 and Cobb, but you (or your tuner) have to know what you are doing.

Anyway, I just mentioned it as an aside. Since you already have a custom Cobb tune, just have your tuner create a new tune after the turbo is installed.
