Hello All! New guy here in Toronto
Hello everyone... just wanted to say a quick hello to the group. Bought my car back in May and I must say that I'm loving it! Previous ride was a modified '95 Audi S6 - this thing has the torque necessary to make me forget the old girl but def doesn't sing the same tune. Bought the car out west as I wanted the NAV and sport pack. Just rolled over 81,000km the other day. Sorry for the disjointed post - work is crazy lately and I need to sleep more haha.
How many people here see another 335d on a daily basis? There are TWO others within a km of me at work - perhaps someone on here? One's charcoal with black badges on the trunk and a spoiler, the other's blue with tan interior. I'm in the 401/Dixie corner of the world. Any GTA diesel meetups? I can't say I'm very familiar with the BMW world, having driven old Audis for the past 10 years, but I get the impression the 335i crowd isn't much different from VWVortex (just with more $$ lol). Token pic from the drive back home - sunset over Lake Superior: ![]() |

I usually never see another 335d however the other weekend while on the highway I was futzing around with the stereo somewhat distracted and had another 335d roll up beside me and give a friendly horn tap and wave.

I like the idea of pulling the rear cans out and replacing with straight pipes... not much more than that. Will see what she looks like inside (CBU-wise) and maybe look into a meth system later. Might want to trade-up to a 535d someday and I don't want to ruin this one lol. |
