They look like they've been cut clean off an exhaust. How will these mount to an existing exhaust?

Will they fit an awssome iPE exhaust I have lying around ?

Correct cut straight off. Easily welded to new exhaust, thats how you'd normally install after market tips.

So install requires removal of exhaust and welding? What about those rivets, drill out and slide over existing tips?

Won't fit over standard exhaust tips - if you look closely the inside pipe is thin/single walled.

The standard exhaust tips are not thin/single walled.
