This intake installs in roughly 45 minutes and frees up the required air that this engine needs. Dyno results show a +13 increase in RWHP and +8ft. Lb. increase in RWTQ. Power is distributed evenly (see Dyno Graph) through redline. Cars equipped with ecu upgrades will benefit with even higher gains! This intake is ceramic coated and includes a heat shield. hmm.. with stock air box remove.. I wonder if this MOD allows the OEM strut bar install on 335 couple...without rubbing..

The msds intake tube does clear the BMW engine strut brace with adequate clearence. The cai stage 2 attachment also clears the strut, as does the stage 1 (short ram) filter. There are some pics of this in the General forced induction threads.
