E92 320d clutch judder
Had my car a couple of months and drove like every other Bm I have owned, heavyish clutch pedal firm but notchy gearbox and a pain in the you know what CDV. Then first time ever clutch judder in first and second, luckily car has AUCW from Bmw so it went in Monday followed by a phone call later that day, they want to take the gearbox out and have a look we will keep you updated. So picked up car today and new clutch, flywheel and software update it's like driving a new car, silky smooth gearchange very light clutch pedal, no judder and even no kangaroo hop pulling away at speed and none moving into second. Was getting ready for a fight incase they wanted some cash towards the bill but they covered it all faith restored in stealer even if they did charge me for the courtesy car lol

The sleeve that the release bearing can dry up/wear causing the bearing to coggle and give a heavy pedal, sometimes even sticking!
