i have a e92 330d non m sport, has the rear got adjustable camber from factory without adding any arms?

Yes. It can camber to about -3ish

Camber is always adjustable on the rears as there is an eccentric bolt that is used to adjust (not the arms themselves) but its the fronts you don't have much adjustment in (limited camber adjustment on the top of the front topmount by removing the locking pin).
