wrong size tire's installed

So had my tires replaced around a year ago . I have had stability issue with this car for a long time now 3x wheel balance 4x alignment all new m3 control arms front and rear bla, bla, bla. so i just found out that the tire company had installed a 235 on the front right and a 225 on the front left ! how this has been over looked by at least a dozen people over the last year including myself i will never know.So my question is whats an appropriate fix on the tire shops behalf ? of course they owe me the correct tire but i was thinking if they give me just the one front i will be back in the same boat with the front end not feeling correct besides its just plain stupid to change only one . So do they owe me two new fronts ? whats fair ? .On a secondary note can running two different sizes like that cause damage to the steering rack due to the load being different from the two sides ?

I'd make an argument for both front tires to be replaced at their expense.

Two new tires of the same brand/model is fair. Look how much they cost you in alignment, other shops to look at this, your time, etc. Unacceptable . . .

UPDATE : went in talked with the manager told him i thought 2 new fronts was a fair solution and he agreed without any hassle . On one hand im happy on the other hand now im stuck with these tires longer than i wanted (never liked them in the first place). Guess its a win hope this solves the issue ive been having .
