I needed to order a new set of rotors and pads for my car, saw that oembimmerparts.com had the cheapest prices and was recommended in one of the threads her on the forums so I ordered my parts from them.

Just 2days later I received an empty box and immediately called Max who was my contact person for this purchase.

Now I of course filed a claim through my credit card and also contacted UPS, what else is a buyer supposed to do to protect himself?

I've never had a problem with them. Maybe someone robbed your package?

I suspect UPS as well, I'm just saying the customer service I received from them was the worst I've had all year. Clearly they have no education further than a few years of college because they do not know how to do business.

Week later and I am still out of my money for dealing with this company. Max is a horrible customer service rep

LOL 2 days into the new year, hope the rest of 2015 is better for ya! Im sure they will resolve the issue with due time. Typically if you want OEM or OEM quality parts, order from ECS Tuning, and you will get your parts, and very quickly.

Actually Max totally turned his back on me once I filed a claim, he told me it was in PayPal's hands now--was just trying to get my money back.
