Help Identifying springs

Anyone know what make these are?

Cant seem to find any other markings on them.

tryed googling the number and nothing comes up?

Is car stock height?

If so probably pattern part standard springs

Could be any make really

Deffo not oem standard springs

No it's been lowered but trying to establish what springs they are to figure out how much it's lowered by.
