Houtan,
Thanks for doing the review and forwarding the info. I am sure there are plenty of us who would be down for a GB. I know i am down for 600ish for a quality product. Quote:

Looks like my Helix FMiC. Excellent intercooler I love it performs very well. Sad Helix stopped selling them for so long but good to see this company selling them

Those welds look awesome. I'm considering this, Cobb or vrsf. Hard to chose.

As an FYI I was at Helix today getting some work done and spoke with the owner, they are in the process of fabricating a new intercooler. Probably a few months out but it sounded very promising

This is the best intercooler for the n54!
I have been waiting for a helix intercooler for over 12 months. I have been so close to buying an ets or cobb but glad i found a thread on 1 addicts, just check out the logs of "Houtan" they are good. So stoked to see them available. deposit paid. |

Helix has always been a great intercooler with barely any pressure drop. They just always gave been expensive but definitely worth the buy. |

I believe ATM designed the original intercooler though, so not sure who is designing Helix's new version. I also agree the pricing was a little steep for the intercooler when sold through helix, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the pricing ATM was going to be offering the intercooler at. The group buy pricing also makes it an even better deal. I don't think the group buy has been posted yet, but the breakdown is posted in my original thread. anyway, for those looking to get this particular intercooler, it is a great time to buy.
