Cool Advise for a Part number or a name

Mine driver side interior door handle bar color peeling off and I couldn't seem to find a right name for this parts. Looking for advise! Thanks!

You might be SOL. It appears it might be integrated with the door panel, though I could be wrong (and have been).

Looks like it but mine doesn't seem to have #3 piece. Is there a difference between 2006 and later years?
