What style are you looking for?, I have a perforated leather one I may sell If I end up preferring the non-perf thats due in on Tuesday.

Yes, what I have that I no longer need is the shorter version that you linked to pics. I am keeping the taller version. I just noticed today that the frame around the bottom part of the boot is cracked, must have happened when I took it out. It can probably be superglued, but if a new one costs only $100, then I can't get much for this one so I may as well keep it.

I did not realize you could still get that version, I was told that the part number was superceded with the one I ended up with now which is a bit taller and does not have that metal ring at the bottom.

Some dealers still have a few units in stock. I got mine from RoadShow BMW. Paid ~ $52.

Thats the one I now have on. I got mine at ebay, but its a great knob...

My complaint about the E9x msport knob is that the top of it just looks unusual. The shape of the plastic plate for the gear numbers was odd.
