I am looking to buy my first set of aftermarket rims, so forgive me and my lack of knowledge. I saw these rims and got a mega boner, but I do have some pretty new tires on my 330i that is the factory staggered stance. I noticed that the rear wheel is a inch wider? Will my tires be able to fit over safely? or is that stretching too much.

So you have 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 tyres. Those can be easily used at 8.5/9.5 wheels, it will be slightly more "stretched", but not unsafe or anything like that. Here is good example http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...4&postcount=60

Offset wise it depends what kinda look you want? Those et35/et33 are safest and wont require any work, but the et20ish what they also offer would be more flush. Only thing it might need is slight fender roll to rear. Front would fit without any problems. The lower offset looks better if the car is lowered. yes I have those tires. I need to buy these this week!

the flush look would be nice looking but I have no expirenice rolling fenders . I could buy spacers later on though right?

Yes you could use spacers later and the VMR wheels in this case look the same no matter what offset, maybe some of your local shop does fender roll?

Not trying to take over here but I just ordered 19x8.5 et 35 (f) 19x9.5 et 45 (r) 703 wheels for my '11 sedan. I talked to vmr on the phone yesterday they told me I needed et 45 in the rear. I am going with the 265/30 which I said. I specifically mentioned that I had read et 33 was safe ect. and he still advised me to get et 45 in the rear. I found a picture of this and it looks sunk as hell lol. So which is actually safe? I'll buy a 12mm spacer for another 100 bucks if I should..

The difference is that your car is LCI and it has 8mm/side wider reartrack than pre-lci, so your et45 will extend to the same place as et37 at pre-lci. Also vendors will always recommend setup that will fit without any rubbing or possible other problems. They don't want to be responsible/pay if customer comes and complain about rubbing or other damage. It doesn't mean that you cant fit the et35-33 rear, but it's possible that it will rub at certain conditions. Read more here http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=631569
