I get juddering when taking off from idle to 1100 rpms. I usually aim for 1200-1300 for smooth takeoffs. Not good for the clutch but I can't stand the juddering.

I also find that it helps to feed in a bit more power as you go from biting point to actually letting the clutch out at these engine speeds.
