Will rolling fix my rubbing? 285/30/19

So I was able to get my wheels and tires put on and come to find out, i'm rubbing in the rear. Without passengers. I was wondering if rolling the fenders would fix this issue or do I need to get different tires? I'm not interested in adjusting the camber and would rather just buy different tires if it comes down to that. I have included some pictures.

Specs:

E90
Sport suspension
19x9.5 et 35 wrapped in Continental ContiSportContact 5P 285/30/19

You can see the rubbing here:

Part of fender I believe is coming in contact:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Rolling would help or eliminate. That's a big gap, your struts might be shot. I cant believe you rub on 9.5 and et35.

BTW, how are the tires? I'm looking at picking up some used ones, they're pretty cheap. I need traction...

285s are a liitle too wide. a roll might fix it. if you dont want to roll just try 275/30 and i think you could get away without a roll.

Thanks for the reply. Would 275/35 work?

I agree with this guy. That's a lot of space to be rubbing. Are you on original struts/mounts/springs?

I'd venture to say new struts and mounts and you'd be gold plus your handling should improve greatly.
