e92 not starting

Hi all,

I have an e92 2007 328i. Toronto was pritty cold today and the car tried to start but would not turn. you can hear it trying to start when the start button is pressed but no go. would directing a hair blower at the starter motor for a while help? The car had no problem starting.. this was the first time.
