Dash Lights help, before I visit dealership

I have a 335xi tuned with jb4 for 4 years now, no issues.

I installed Downpipes in October and since then have had a christmas tree of lights on the dash. I know my o2 sensors for the cats are not working, and I know its the Service Engine Soon.

But recently these two lights have been coming on, and making me worry a bit. They are both yellow (maybe orange, but I believe yellow), not red. Per the book, one says simply to contact service and the other references rear break lights OR fuel system issues. HPFP issue?

No engine codes other than 29F5, 29F4 (cat o2 sensor fails).

My questions are...

1) is this possibly associated with the downpipes and removing cats?
2) is this another seperate issue like a HPFP issue? I dont know what to expect for this...
3) is this a standard "come in for your scheduled maintinance" light?

Taking it in today to the dealership for diagnostics under the CPO warranty. I just want to have a little knowlege and experience with this when I drive in. I have never gotten pushback from them before on my mods, so I really hope these lights are unrelated to them.

Can you confirm that is all this is? The dealership wants to be secretive about these lights so I bring it into them.

Other than the CEL for the downpipe codes, no other lights. No bulb out notification and all the exterior bulbs appear to be working.

This sounds exactly like the "issue " im having. Seems like it would be a general maintinance light. Good to know there are no pending issues. Man that "fuel system malfunction" verbage in the manual is a bit extreme.

Still taking it in to verify this, but if its just a service call I am alot less worried. Thanks!
