Getting there....

Just wanted to update anyone who cares on the car I purchased last Summer. I have wanted a 335 since I bought my 328 a few years back and wanted the power that everyone was talking about. First mod was the Cobb AP then came the bolt ons. Started with the FMIC which was followed quickly with misfires.

I have since replaced all plugs, coils, injectors and vanos solenoids. Also got the DP's, Charge Pipe and DCI to add to the FMIC all from VRSF. Great value and I really am impressed with the improvements in the car with these products.

I have most recently went down the Wedge tuning path with an E30 map. This thing is legit. Car pulls so hard and I have not had a chance to get a 1/4 mile in since the weather is awful of course.

Just ordered the Stage 2 lpfp from Steve and wow the customer service is amazing! I am heading to Florida on Friday and my brother who is a mechanic is going to throw in the pump and the Supreme Lowering Perches to help eliminate the reverse rake of the XI that is still present after lowering the car on Dinan springs.

Then its off to PB International Raceway for a few passes.

Goal is to crack into the 11's or at least beat my brother in his Dodge Neon SRT. He is running silly boost in that thing!

Also if you guys have any suggestions for CBE for me I'm all ears. I was planning to go VRSF as its light and the other products are great. However I am reading that CBE with no cats are raspy. I also love the BMW PE sound but the system is so damn heavy I was hoping to give her a bit of a diet.

Off to PBIR tonight!!!! My Steve AZ Stage 2 is installed. Running an E50 mix and a 2nd version of a race map from Wedge. Last minute kickdown blocker install then on our way. It's a sunny 60 degrees down here.

That all sounds great, but I'm mainly just jealous of the "sunny 60 degrees".

It was 84 yesterday. Thankfully it's heading for the low fifties tonight!

I ended up running up a 12.0 and 115mph for my bests. The weather was pretty good at 57 degrees. I did not shift the car just let the Alpina do its thing with Traction control off. Next time I will shift at 6k and by then I will have my Wedge map on the final revision. These guys did an awesome job helping me get ready on very short notice. Must have gotten a half dozen emails from them within 24 hours. I will be very happy to hit 11's on stock turbos with some bolt ons. Then maybe some Stage 2 turbos down the road......When does New Hampshire open up????

nice runs

well it has to stop snowing 1st for epping to open...probably april 1st. most autoX and everything else starts up in April.

as far as the exhaust VRSF is still desiging version 2 of the cat back. So you don't have to remove the brace. I would wait for that. But if you want a 3.5 now the turner corsa is the best option though slightly more expensive.
