Driver Seat 'Clicking' Sound

As of yesterday, when I shift/accelerate or stop suddenly my driver-side seat makes a 'clicking' sound (which I suspect is from my weight shifting in the seat).

It is already driving me absolutely bananas. Has anyone else had this issue and more importantly how can you fix it?

Thanks guys.

Did you look at the 4 bolts that hold the seat in? See if they are loose...?

mine does this...but im in a 328i. so that's probably why.
but on a more serious note, I did tighten my bolts (any and all of them) and it stopped rattling. however, after I do this, the seat leans back and to the right. wtf.

had something similar happen in my TL; bolts were loose, as compman suggested. Does it feel like it's shifting at all?
