The V5 for my new 325d showed the wrong engine capacity! I sent it back to the DVLA identifying the error but did not sign it. It was re-issued correctly without 2nd owner etc.. I then recieved a letter from BMW saying I should return th V5 to the DVLA as the engine capacity details were incorrect... They're a bit slow sometimes. Or is just the dealer i used? Congrats on the new mota. I would have had a LMB but could not get comfy in the sports driver seat. Settled for an SE instead - Titanium silver which I think is a bit boring now |

On a slight downer, considering the car still has less than 30 miles on the clock, should I be worried about this? Both sides are the same.

Yep, that's unacceptable. My previous car - Honda Accord - had the same problem. Both headlamps had a condensation issue, both replaced under warranty. But then so was the car itself! Don't believe all that crud about Honda reliability.

well pretty much none. I almost ordered this (it does look nice, I sat in a D3 with it ) but then I read that most of it is fake leather. So, even though it looks nice I didn't order on a point of principle, fake leather they should be ashamed !
But basically the seat sides and backs, you also get a nicer material for the rest of the seat and door inserts. |

Certainly some of the side inserts etc are not real leather.
If you pick up a price list book from a dealer it lists what every single bit of trim is made of which is an interesting read (there are even some bits on the full leather option that turn out to be fake). Having said that, I knew this before I ordered and the sides of the seat, gaiter and steering wheel are leather and yes the seat cloth is nicer. |
