Question on codes pulled with JB4 - 36FD

Hey guys. I took my car in (after taking off the JB4) due to oil leak and the dealer replaced the oil filter housing gasket and valve cover gasket. I drove about 50 miles and the check engine light came on which I was assuming was related to the catless downpipe.

A few hours later, I re installed the jb4 for the 8th time. I feel good about the connections. I pulled 3 codes and deleted them with the jb4.

3447 - low oil
3106 - catless downpipe
36FD - DME main relay, implausibility open

I am semi worried about the 36FD. I read that it may be related to unplugging the battery frequently and spooking the DME.
Is it bad that I cleared these codes? None of them are coming up anymore. Any commentary would be greatly appreciated.
