Got an 80 in a 55 on Sunrise Highway.... direct observation verified by radar... Does anyone know a good lawyer who can get this reduced to a parking ticket or something less in points?

If you have a clean driving record it likely won't matter what attorney you select. I reduced my similar speeding tickets for my fiancee and her sister down to parking ticket + fine with no effort whatsoever. I do not do traffic court appearances, and have no experience with it outside of doing those favors for my family. It was the first offer the ADA gave me during negotiation.

The find will end up being ~$300-$600 depending on their mood, but if you are convicted of the ticket you will end up paying that much anyway in unsafe driver surcharges and possible insurance fees, so it's not that bad.

Just grab whoever seems reasonable to you from a google search.

Even with a clean driving record that is a large number to be over. Although lawyers are scams they know the prosecutor and help get a no point ticket. Usually a unsafe operation of the vehicle, etc.

Suffolk county no worries.

They will reduce that to nothing. Be prepared to pay $450. I got a stop sign ticket had to pay $450 no points from 3. Lady next to me had 88 in a 50, paid $450 no points.

They want your money nothing else.
