Tires for my car

So I have a 2011 328xi (stock suspension) and was wondering what sizes I should run. I will be using apex ec-7's 18x9 et31 in the front 18x9.5et43 in the rear. I know that for a staggered setup with xDrive you have to make sure the tire size difference is within 1%. The two setups I can most likely run are 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 or 235/40/18 and 265/35/18. My question is what would you recommend? I know 235's would be slightly stretched on an 9" rim and I'm not sure if I want that. However I also don't want to do any fender rolling and I'm not sure if I can easily fit the larger tires. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've 235 on 8.5" rim on the front and it looks perfectly fine.
I don't think 9" would stretch it badly.

If you haven't bought the wheels I would definitely reconsider buying a whole different set. If you don't want any stretch you should get a 8.5 et29 and 9.5 et 26-30. (Your offset could be in the low 20s but don't quote me.) That way your tires will sit straight up and your wheels will fit a little better. MonacoBlueE90 please correct me if I'm wrong.
