hey op. i recommend just saving up and get proper parts. do it once, do it right and you dont have to do it again. If you plan on DIY and wanting the lowz then by all mean but if you are going to pay someone to install it for you then i think its a waste of money as you will be taking them out again later once you have enough for coils. i bought my bc br brand new for 900. just do a bit of shopping around. theres heaps of people selling it on here and the 1addict forum. goodluck

As said you don't really want to cheap out on suspension on this car.

Save up and get H&Rs or coilovers.

I have a set of Eibach Sportline springs in stock. These offer more of a drop than the prokit and would be perfect for the E90 owner looking for more of a drop.

Lowering Front: 45-50 mm
Lowering Rear: 35 mm

$399.

I have some M-sport springs coming out of my E91 soon which I might sell given my coilovers work ok. I assume they are similar to E90?

I would steer clear of King Springs, made with China steel and not great quality, my made had some in his Patrol which sagged on one side in less that 20,000 kms (granted its a heavy car) I used to work at WA Suspensions and we would always recommend Eibach springs for anything Euro.

Dont buy king springs. After 2 years they will start sagging and make funny stretch noise every time you get in to your car.
