Need some info on wheels!

I'm looking at getting a set of used vossens I saw for sale for my 335d. I've talked to the seller and he says they'll fit and I believe him but I'm just always worried about this kind of stuff. I know it's the same lug pattern, I'm just worried about rubbing and other stuff. I have stock bmw 284 18s. Here's the info on them, thanks in advance.
20x9 +35....... 235/35
20x10.5 +45...255/35
5x120 bolt pattern*
