WTS: Turbosmart Kompact BOV

Hey guys, I just had these installed but they are the plumb back ones (like DV's) but I need more BOV sound!!! I've had them on for literally 2 day's now. These fit to the stock charge pipe. I will most likely go with HKS SSQV.

These sell for $500 brand new. I'm looking for $350.

You can just leave the plumbed port open instead of redirecting the hoses back into the intake.

^ Yes you can, but PB run a much softer spring so I would be looking to buy 2x TS-0203-3002 Pink Dual Port replacement springs which operate at -20inhg instead of -15inhg.

Also will need to purchase 2 hose blanking plugs and preferably 2 trumpets.

So I can just take off the recirculation hose things and then plug up the holes in the chargepipe and then pretty much it'll just be venting to atmosphere, thus be louder?

Did you get the dual port? They come with trumpets so you can do plumb back, half plumb half vent or full vent.

nah that's the problem, I have the plumb back one, I was wondering if there was some thing I could buy from Turbosmart to make mine like the dual ports

Yes you can, you just wont have the dual port feature which is essentially half half using staged ports so itll be more of a plumb back on low revs and full vent to atmo on full revs.

however itll still work fine and be even louder if you just upgrade your spring and grab a trumpet. you can run without a trumpet if you like but i would recommend getting one.
