Haha, sure, it depends on what you want.
The pod you see in here is the 0.3mm layer abs plastic pod that needs some finishing as you can see. I could make a couple of those for $60-70. The more people the cheaper I can make them. That's an individually made item. The laser sintered ones are a class of their own and feel like a production product but they are $150 because of the machinery and process involved. The White Strong & Flexible Polished is the best one, just paint it black, done. http://www.shapeways.com/model/16335...&materialId=62

LOL, maybe I should setup a whole line for the E and F series.

You should make an ash tray 3 pod enclosure. The ones on the market currently are very expensive.

That's craftsmanship there! I would agree with a previous post that it does seem a bit out of place, but I'm sure over time anyone would get over it. Patent that housing design and make some money!

I wonder if a double pod would fit? I need instrumentation on my 335d. The only issue is, I have gauges in the center channel in my RX7, and it's further from my field of view that I originally thought. I end up looking at my profec b for boost numbers.

I really hate that design because: 1. it forces the driver to look down. Gauges should be around driving view or peripheral so its easily seen at a glance without taking away from the driver's main view. 2. It takes up the empty space that is pretty useful. I use it for my garage remote, car air freshener, coins, etc. To the OP, very innovative and cool. I love to see DIY's especially with 3D prints. Not sure if you did this on purpose but the illumination color of the gauge is exactly like that of the dash!
