I dropped my 5s last weekend and its dead. I bought this Space Grey iPhone 6 64gb new in box off ebay. It was shrinked wrapped, had all the little plastic covers and everything. Looked brand new. Its a Sprint phone. However, when I tried to activate it Sprint said it's tied to someone else's account and I need to contact them to remove it off their account. Seller says he's a reseller and can't get a hold of the person he bought it from. Great!

I'm stuck with this iPhone that is pretty much a fancy iPod Touch as far as I can tell. Its brand new, its not iCloud locked and works 100% except for the phone part.

Anyway, anyone want to buy this? This is basically a 4.7", better camera, better everything else iPod touch.

Edit: I tried putting a verizon sim into it and it does not work. The SIM slot is locked. And to clarify, it is NOT iCloud locked.

Sorry to hear you pretty much got screwed. I would submit a PayPal claim..assuming you paid thru paypal. Send the phone back and get a refund. Get it done before you get stuck with it as honestly I don't think anyone is gonna give you $500 for a iCloud locked iPhone here. Good luck

Yep, definitely return it. It shouldn't have been sold like that unless specifically stated in the ad. Thats worth maybe 350 in that condition.
