How about if the car is at 100-120k miles, would anyone consider replacing the dual mass flywheel? I know the DMFW is not cheap to replace.
I replaced my dmfw with the 335is clutch....... I probably didn't need to though, mine only had 45k miles on it and looked pretty good. My old one is for sale by the way for a really good price if anyone is interested.......

I also upgraded to this clutch when my factory clutch started slipping April 2014. Have had it in for almost a year now and am very satisfied with it.

If you're going to do it, might as well do the following at the same time.
New rear main seal
New pivot pin (plastic or brass, I opted for the brass one)
New dual mass flywheel (I went with new as it is recommended)
New manual trans fluid (I went with Redline D6 ATF, yes ATF... look it up lots of people recommend it)

What are your mods? My clutch is going in next week and I'm FBO + e85. The first clutch took a dump after about 10k miles after I started using e85

I have:
JB4
BMS DCI
BMS cat-less down pipes
BMS OCC
94 octane

Next month I will be adding:
VRSF 5" stepped intercooler
VRSF charge pipe with Tial BOV
BMS pump gas back-end flash

I have no plans to add meth/ethanol mixes, too much hassle.

Yea I did, could have just been because my car had like 170k KMs on it and probably never had the fluid changed before though.

but lots of people love the fluid if you search about it online.
