Tagging a user in a post

Hey all,

I have seen some threads where a poster was able to tag another user in their post. How is this done?

Weird. I tried to tag someone the other day and it didn't work. It is working now though.

Well it looks like it does tag but I do not get an email or notification. Hmm.. might be in my settings.
