i was at aberdeen today, when i unlock my car(always check the car before going) i saw there is some fuxking car paint on my front bumper. So i went home right away, used the scratch doctor and try to remove it... lucky the car paint got removed, only a few little scratches left and you can't really see it unless u look it very closely...and i parked where no body else around my car, i can't believe how these things happen sigh....:sad0147::sad01 47: and i notice my fuxking rear bumper tow cap got stolen too......

but then i went to aberdeen and i can't kept on going back to my car and check it right? i already tried to park as far as possible (since no ppl like to park far) so there wont be any car beisde me....and when i go out and eat i do the same thing as u...but shit happens right? sigh.....i can't do shit when some fuxker dunno how to drive....and some fuxking thief like to steal tow cap...i already bought the tow cap...ready to get it paint....sigh....

that sucks. next time though, you should go to ICBC and file a claim before removing the paint or washing the damaged are (especially if the damage involved is more than just a few scratches). they can use the residual paint from the car the hit you to identify possible makes and models. with a bit of luck you could go back to the parking lot and find the car that hit you.

Sorry to hear. But it's not always a good idea to park where nobody parks. Park with nice cars. That's the way to go!

Trouble with that is the door dings. I've literally watched (in horror) from a window inside a restaurant as a big fat woman FLUNG her door open against my friend's brand new 330Ci a few years ago and left a giant door ding.

My uncle spent a good 30mins trying to convince me to carry a few bricks in my trunk for situations like this (where you find the car). I'm not going to lie, I seriously considered it. I even got a few bricks which are now sitting in my garage, although I don't think I'll ever actually carry them around or use them.

these things are inevitable though... all you can do is hope to park in a spot where the person next to you isn't a dumbass or a middle-aged chinese lady. i stopped worrying about these things a long time ago. not like im gonna run outside every 10 mins or take down everyone's license plate numbers around me.
