Help please leaking oil

Hey guys yesterday I noticed a smell of burning oil so decided to drive my car on rhino ramps and see what's going on I saw a little bit of oil residue on my downpipe and noticed a bit of oil coming from looks to me a bolt right above my downpipe... Does this need an o ring probably o ring is bad or maybe tightened up??

It might be coming from up top....

Take a mirror with an LED light on it that extends and check the backside of the valve cover.

The valve cover gasket is a noted problem with the n54.

Plenty of DIY's

There is no oil coming from above the bolt only around the bolt that's what I find weird.... Should I try to tighten it im just scared it will brake..
