omg...tie rod? steering rack

As I know, replacing whole steering rack will be very costly......May I know what's happening actually? simple or complex in this case? worth to repair?

By the way, I've just replaced upper and lower arms, will it be caused by rotor weighted and damaged tie rod after unscrew both arms?

Looks like the inner tie rod is shot. It's a easy fix but will require a alignment.

looks like oil leaking out of the rack. could be just a seal.
