Just got a Cobb V2, not installed yet but showing bunch of error codes

Hey guys so this weekend I went and did a walnut shell blasting as well as got new Bosch spark plugs for my 09 335i. Before, my car would have some light twitches/jerks on cold startup, but now that seems to have gone away.

So, I also just got a Cobb AP V2 and from just plugging it into the car (without installing) it's showing a bunch of error codes, most of which I can't even find by searching. Mind you, my car has never shown the check engine light. Should I install the Cobb to the car first and then read the codes again? Or should I clear them maybe and see if they come back?

Here are the codes in the exact order they appear on the cobb, there are some duplicates:
H2A13
H29D1
H29D1
H2D18
H2ABC
H3100
H2F08
H2DED
H29D1
H29D1

Codes that start with H are "historic" codes aka in the past. If you had issues in the past and the codes weren't correctly cleared they would still show up. I would take a picture of these codes for reference, clear them and see what comes back, if any at all.

It's definitely an "8" in the H2D18 code. So do you guys think I should clear it and see if they ever come up again, or take it to the dealer? I'm under CPO for another couple months.

Edit: FYI: I don't really notice anything wrong with the car. Well, sometimes it feels a little slow, like 2nd gear pulls just aren't the same at times. I was told that this is just heat soak and is to be expected with the small stock intercooler on these.

I would just clear them and see what comes back. I would avoid any warranty trips if possible.

H is history so they don't appear to be present.

It's also best practice to clear codes and see if they come back. If they don't come back then there is likely not an issue.
