Well, the saga continues. I was able to find the installation instructions for the Dinan oil cooler kit which uses an adapter on the oil thermostat housing. Their solution was to move the A/C line out of the way and secure it with a new bracket. I was able to fabricate a similar bracket and it did successfully move the line out of the way which enables the adapter block and the other port adapters to work. I ended up breaking off the fittings on my secondary core and I am going to take that as a sign I should quit while I am ahead but this should work.

Take a look at page 10 of the attached for how to do this. The bracket is super simple to fabricate.

Hmmmm, I'm really digging this. I'll try to install an auxiliary radiator as a secondary oil cooler.

I was literally this close to finishing it. I may tackle it again but I needed to step back for a second. It will work though.

Might need your help good sir. So far, this is what I know.

Know I need:
-left radiator (17117602241)
-Hex nut w/plate (07147144953)
-Holder for the radiator (17217540030)
-Hex bolt (07119903995)
-Add an oil cooler splitter

What I don't know?
-oil lines. Where did you find yours? Are you using an adapter on your factory ones or did you replaced them all? Do you know the lengths needed? Sorry for all the questions, trying to make sure I have everything before I tear it apart.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "add an oil filter splitter". You need to grab the adapter block I posted in the first post. That will allow you to intercept the feed line to the OEM cooler. It has a couple AN -10 fittings on the side the you can connect to hoses running to the additional cooler core. You also need to get AN -10 fittings welded on to the new radiator so you can connect the oil lines to it.
