Is there a way to make BMW replace my hpfp? I asked them to do it 10k miles ago when they replaced my turbos and they said it was running fine. It is running fine but I just want to get it replaced before it goes. Any ideas?

Call BMW NA and ask if there are any open recalls on your car. You will need your vin. If the HPFP recall was done once already, they don't have to replace it again unless you exhibit symptoms.

My bad, it's not really a recall but it's prone to fail due to design as I've read. It's warrantied til 120k and I'd like to just get a new one in place

Sorry I was on my phone writing this , I was trying to say that if you are modded or not modded any recall has to be granted . With warranty work they can deny you because you are modded . Bmw is pretty good with this tho they won't void your warranty they will tell u to just return it to stock and bring it back in because diagnosing a problem is alot easier with original equipment.
