I thought the same thing, but for whatever reason, Cobb only cut the D-factor table in half on the 402 (+FMIC) and 403 (race) maps. v401 OTS maps still have the full value.
Not really an issue since OP is starting with Stage 1+ as a base, just wanted to point it out |

I'll log tomorrow if it's dry. That said, if I see over-boost or throttle closure, I'll go back and reduce the D-factor multiplier by another 5%. If that fails, i may go into the base table, which addressed throttle closure last time, but didn't eliminate over-boost. Hence, I started over as suggested above. Thanks again guys! |
