Up for sale is e90 328 stock exhaust with PE modification. I had a PE prior to having this one. With a new baby born, i did not want to give up the exhaust sound but tone it down a bit from PE. Unfortunately, it still sounds too aggressive for the baby and mom. The baby mama would not approve it :

The modified exhaust is definitely a step down from PE in terms of loudness. Having installed both of them, the modified exhaust sounds somewhat "factory" aggressive whereas PE sounds somewhat "aftermarket" aggressive.

I paid $300 for this modification. I will let it go for 180.

looks like it's a modified OEM muffler, to make it sound similar to a PE. There are threads here of people doing this mod, but I can't comment on how closely it replicates PE sound / performance.

I've PM'd the OP to try to get together so I can hear it first hand, but haven't heard back.

Its not the actual exhaust. I have taken it off the car already.
