E92 LCI MTech Front Bumper Installation

I'm in the final stages of getting ready to purchase a MTech front bumper, and was wondering how hard the installation will be. I plan to buy the bumper painted. How hard is the installation process? I've searched up some videos on how to remove the old bumper, and it seems pretty straight forward. Is putting the new bumper on hard at all? Is it a direct swap, or do I need to trim/remove stuff?
