Hey I have a OEM valve cover brand new for a 2009 328i. I'm not sure what else it'll fit but I know it'll fit other year 328i..I'm not too sure about the price. I don't know how much these go for. So if you want to an offer that's fine. It does come with the gasket, which is around 50$ just itself. Let me know ! Thank you
