Instructor Killed in Disney Exotic Car Experience Lambo

I have driven this track before and was hoping to do it again before it closed. Very sad to see the instructor died. My condolences to him and his family. Be safe everyone.

***Update*** I guess the way the drive is the wrong way. We raced clockwise too.

Very sad. I was just there on easter where my 6 yo son did a ride along. I would assume they have an in car camera to help find out how this happened.

I think they have in car camera and telemetry. The guess right now is the driver went into the corner to hot from the skid marks and understeered into the guardrail. They leave all the traction aid devices on.

I wasn't aware they had such a thing and this is a tragic way to learn about it.

I have never done this experience but I did drive some Porsche's there. Fun little test track. Sad to see it go.

How bizarre. You would think Disney would do a state of the art simulator rather than bother with real cars, much less accept the obvious risk of having random people drive exotics on a track.

It's at a race track that Disney built and the program is run by Petty Enterprise. This is the first instance like this.
