Anyone with a Cobb AP v2 local to Boston / Cambridge?
Heyo,
My Cobb AP v2 is giving me an error message implying that my cable is bad. Before I shell out $50 for a new one I want to confirm that it is in fact my cable and not something internal to the OBD2 port. Anyone with an AP version 2 who can meet up and let me use their known working cable for 5 minutes in the Cambridge / Boston area? I'll buy you a beer / coffee / doughnut for your troubles. Let me know, thanks. - Mike |

I have BMWhat on an Android phone, with the K/DCAN cable in the car if it's worth anything to test the OBD2 port.

Haha, thanks for the replies. My OBD2 port was tested with a $30 scanner and seemed fine. If no one more local to me replies by the weekend, I might take you up on your offer Torgus, thanks.

I work in Cambridge 10-6 every day. At 6 I'm going to be changing my vanos solenoid in the garage at the cambridgeside galleria if you would like to test your AP with my cable. I have a V2 as well, though I have received that message before as well. Sometimes I just wiggle the cable and it's fine.

I will have to check my schedule next week, but we could probably set something up! I work a block away from the Galleria
