Can anyone ID this CF lip spoiler?

I recently purchased a 2011 335is and it came with a CF lip spoiler installed. I bought it from a 3rd party dealer, not the owner who installed the part, so they really didn't know anything about it.

It looks great, I'm just curious. Can anyone help ID what exactly I've got?

Edit: It seems that the pics have somehow failed to upload... ugh.

Ah.. there we go.

Apparently if you try to upload multiple images that are too big, it just gives a generic error message.
