Will business Navi work with prof radio?

Hi all, I just wanted to change my business radio (E90 2007) to professional version but there are some problems with Navi - when I plugged prof radio in - it works (and sounds much much better than bus) - but idrive monitor doesnt switch on... :/ Is it possible to work prof radio and navi business togheter? or do I have to change whole Navi to prof?

Any other ideas to improve audio in e90 without changing radio? Will bmw hifi amplifier help?

if you have business navigation - it has more powerful amplifier than professional radio and proff navigation

I think that your 6.5" Business screen is not compatible with the 8.8" Professional display unit. Either that or coding may be required (if supported).

Thanks for answers. I have European version.
If business amplifier is more powerful than prof version, how is it possible that when I plug prof radio in,then music (and bass) sounds much much better than business?;/

it is better to check you options via VIN decoding

As far as I know here in the US the two Radio units of which we only get the pro are not compatible with Idrive/Nav one of the big reasons is you need a whole new dash to house the I drive screen if you use a BMW OEM Device. (I don't understand how you can have a businness Radio and built in and Idrive it may be a European configuration) There three (four if you count the ultra high end personal audio system) systems that come from BMW.
