Sunroof is acting funny

Ill have to press the sunroof button multiple times for it to close or open. what could that Be?

Just a shot in the dark here but....did you have a new battery installed recently? This happens to my 2002 Pathfinder that I never tried to get fixed. Hopefully someone has your answer though!

Mines is doing this too. Its been doing that for several months lol. Didn't have time to fix it so left it but with summer coming I want to fix it.

You can try to reinitialize it by pressing the sunroof button and holding it for a minute to let it reset. In my case it doesn't work and I have the sliding/tilt error so guessing my motor is screwed.

If nothing works. Don't mess with it or it will get stuck open and look for other options.

nope. I've tried the reset nothing works. The error is there all the time.

no new battery. Its working normally now. Im guessing A NYC pothole fixed it
